What we keep and what we do not
Last updated 2026-10-30. This policy is for findhydroponics.com and its brand subdomains.
The short version
There are no accounts on findhydroponics.com, no checkout, and no comments. We do not run a mailing list. If you want to reach a person, the address is [email protected]. Anything you ask us to delete from our inbox, we delete.
Server logs
Our servers write standard access logs for security — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time. We use them to spot abuse and fix errors, not to build profiles of visitors. Logs roll off on a normal schedule.
The catalog picker and your browser
When you use the catalog picker, your choices are stored in your browser's localStorage so the page remembers them on your next visit. That data stays on your device. It is not sent to our servers and we cannot read it.
California residents
We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident and want to confirm what little we hold, email [email protected].
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
Asking us to delete something
Email [email protected] with the request and enough detail to find the record — usually the address you wrote from and roughly when. We will confirm and delete what we can, unless we are required to keep it.
Visit counts
This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
